I had a shade structure that needed finishing, we tried shade cloth but it was quickly torn up by the wind and did not last. I was a little worried as we had a few spring days with temps hitting 100 already.  I called Julio at Goldeneye Construction on a Sunday and he was able to come out to see what we needed. He got the job done quickly and professionally.  The work he did matched perfectly with the existing structure including the color.  I definitely recommend Julio at Goldeneye Construction for any contractor needs. We  are very happy with the work he did for us and we will call him again for future needs.

 We recently had a patio cover built by Golden Eye Construction. Julio and his team were amazing to work with on our project. We had numerous questions and design changes with our patio. Julio was very patient and informative while helping us design and ultimately build our patio cover. His crew was very polite and professional. They also cleaned up our back yard daily while on the project (really appreciated this effort since we have kids and pets). Julio and the Goldeneye crew did a fantastic job constructing our patio cover and an additional shade cover along the side of our garage. They showed up when they said they would, worked very hard on a couple of very hot days and cleaned up when all was done. We are extremely happy with their work and would recommend them to anyone seeking a general / construction contractor.

So this review is overdue. I had a sunroom build by Golden Eye Construction over the summer. Julio came out with his workers and installed a sunroom and attached patio.

Everything turned out great. The only thing I would recommend is to maybe cover your pool (if you have one) with a liner to prevent all the dust from the cutting or suggest them next time to cut in the front instead. I had to spend a few hours cleaning up all that dust from the sunroom materials that were being cut close by. Workmanship is professional and the quality is great.

I have had a leak occur in my sunroom over a rainy period but they came back when they could and used some roof sealant to fix it. If you are looking for a contractor for patio or sunroom, Julio and Golden Eye Construction is a good place to get a quote.

Julio was awesome! Got 2 stand alone Patio covers built 12x12' and a 14'x14' patios w/ LED lights and a fan!! He did an amazing job paying attention to every detail. He surpassed my expectations and was very friendly and understanding to work with. Highly recommend his services. I will call him again in the future for any other projects.

Julio and his team were very responsive to our project needs and the amount needed to be done. He did a fantastic job our fireplace remodel and new floor installation which included the stairs. Julio and his team do quality work.
